How Usevra works.

Free tools for everyday tasks, with straightforward information about accounts, files, and the results you get.

Choose the right tool

Browse the directory and read an overview before opening an app. Each tool focuses on a specific job: organizing PDFs, preparing images, making flashcards, cleaning CSV files, or comparing text.

Usevra Learn is a public reading library. Its guides, glossary, and practice checks are available without an account.

Sign in when needed

Tool workspaces and certification assessments require sign-in. The apps have separate accounts and sessions; signing into one does not automatically sign you into the others.

There is no shared file library across the apps. Move a result between tools by downloading or exporting it, then opening it in the next tool.

Understand file handling

The core PDF, image, CSV, and text-comparison operations run in your browser. The main directory does not have a file-upload form.

Account services, hosting, and assessment records use server infrastructure. Local file processing does not mean that a website makes no network requests. Check each app’s instructions before working with sensitive material.

Read the data handling notes

Keep a copy of your work

Review exported files before using or sharing them, and keep your originals. Compression can reduce image quality; format conversion and data cleanup can change the result.

CSV Studio and Compare keep working data in the current tab. Export before closing or refreshing. Other apps have their own save and export controls, so check those before ending a session.

Know what an assessment shows

Usevra assessments measure your answers to a timed set of questions. They are not accredited or proctored and do not independently verify hands-on implementation skill.

The certification site explains question counts, pass marks, and the monthly attempt allowance. Learn provides preparation material and practice feedback; completing a guide does not award a credential.

Assistant connections

Connected AI workflows are a direction we are exploring. The directory does not currently connect your assistant to the tools or grant access to your files.

Any future connection should make its permissions clear and limit access to the files and actions you authorize.
